As a GPST3, I am committed to advancing excellence, equity, and effective representation in general practice. In addition to my clinical training, I hold an MBA and a Master’s in Public Health, and I am completing a Master’s in Healthcare Leadership. These qualifications strengthen my expertise in leadership, management, and health policy.
As a graduate of the RCGP Shaping the Future programme and a West Midlands Differential Attainment Fellow, I have supported initiatives in workforce development, reducing differential attainment, and improving training environments.
My approach is based on fairness, strategic thinking, and practical outcomes. I aim to enhance organisational effectiveness and support colleagues through collaborative and accountable leadership.
